Frisch is a member of the Metropolitan Yeshiva High School League. Frisch athletes compete with other yeshiva athletes dedicated to Jewish values and education. The teams have won many league championships and the students who have participated experienced personal growth and maturation. Students learn teamwork, concentration and dedication. They learn to excel as individual players and as members of a team.

The IFL, Frisch’s Intramural (Flag) Football league is open to all students who sign up, grades 9-12. The season lasts for almost the entire school year, as the weekly games begin after Sukkot and continue through the spring. The IFL has proven to be an excellent venue to befriend students from other grades and share in a wholesome experience together. Seniors serve as the captains, and develop invaluable leadership skills as they create a cohesive team with a winning strategy, positive attitude and Midot. The games are played on Frisch’s own fields on Fridays.
